Brayman Construction Corporation is seeking an Estimator for our Foundation Division. This is a great opportunity for former Superintendents or Program Managers with a deep foundations background looking to advance into a leadership role in our estimating department.

Responsibilities:
- Organize bid items and activities for deep foundation projects
- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and develop pricing aligned with industry standards
- Collaborate daily with estimating management, project operations, and other team members to meet estimating schedules
- Maintain a comprehensive cost database and pricing keys
- Solicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors
- Visit project sites to assess conditions and participate in pre-bid meetings
- Develop preliminary construction schedules based on project plans
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in foundation construction (caissons, micropiles, anchors, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in project plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
- Familiarity with HCSS Heavy Bid estimating software (preferred)
- Strong prioritization skills to meet bid deadlines
- Knowledge of Design-Build projects and foundation design parameters is a plus
- Experience with P6 scheduling software is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects.
