We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties.
- Address plumbing issues, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
- Handle electrical repairs such as replacing outlets, light fixtures, and switches.
- Conduct carpentry work including building shelves, repairing doors, and installing cabinets.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
- Assemble furniture and equipment according to specifications.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
