Customer Support Rep in Training - START ASAP - NO REMOTE WORK

BrayTech is looking for a friendly, outgoing, fun, team oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Support Agent trainee to join our team! All training provided in house! We encourage everyone to apply, no to little experience is okay! If you are willing to learn, we are willing to teach!!

Support Agents are the voice and spirit of our clients and are one of the most valued positions in our company. We provide a supportive & fun environment to learn the basics of client knowledge, company policies, communication skills, marketing presentations, customer service, business strategy and more.Responsible for providing excellent customer service representing our company and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions!

Job Responsibilities
· Update existing accounts/new customer account set up
· Assist with customer inquiries & proper follow-up
· Inform customer of deals and promotions via the clients' portfolio
· Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
· Learn business terminology to perform marketing presentations
