We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Relations Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kick start their career in customer service and that want to be a part of a team. As a Customer Relations Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support for their accounts being existing or new.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and face to face
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information accurately
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Requirements
- Be driven - have a student mentality while training
- Maintain a positive attitude & communicate to all customers/clients with a smile
