Experience – One year of related construction experience preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
License – Must obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within 9 months of employment.
Physical Ability – Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lift 50 pounds, climb poles, and work in challenging terrain.
Availability – Must live within 30 minutes to the Tolar, TX office for emergency responses and be willing to work overtime or travel on short notice.
