What You’ll Do :
As an Engineering Technician, you'll play a crucial role in developing CADD drawings and supporting documentation for our innovative projects. Guided by our talented Engineering Assistants and Engineers, you'll help bring new projects to life and enhance existing facilities. The position will also be responsible for :
- Design Excellence : Create detailed construction drawings using MicroStation and maintain both paper and electronic files. Develop material lists and work orders for projects.
- Collaboration : Foster strong relationships with Brazos employees and member coop personnel. Review drawings for accuracy and update specifications and standards.
- Field Research : Gather information at project sites, prepare "as-built" drawings, and ensure everything aligns with BEPC and regulatory standards.
- Support Role : Provide administrative support, prepare and interpret specifications, and manage drawing transmittal and transfer.
