What You'll Do :
- Drive Employee Engagement – Develop and implement programs that enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Lead Learning & Development – Create and deliver training programs, support career growth, and champion leadership development initiatives.
- Support Performance Management – Guide managers on best practices, provide coaching, and oversee performance review processes.
- Manage Employee Relations – Serve as a trusted resource for employees and supervisors, handling workplace concerns and policy guidance.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – Stay ahead of HR laws and policies, ensuring a compliant and supportive work environment.
What You’ll Bring
Certifications (Preferred) : PHR or SPHR.
