What You’ll Do :
As the Manager of Corporate Compliance, you will oversee key areas :
Corporate Compliance :
- Oversee Brazos Electric’s internal policies and procedures to include development and implementation of new policies & procedures and change management for these policies and procedures
- Oversee Brazos Electric’s records management program
- Oversee assigned regulatory compliance programs, including tracking of regulatory compliance tasks
- Support the climate of compliance awareness via corporate communications and training
- Perform initial investigations regarding potential noncompliance and proactively report compliance issues / concerns to appropriate leadership
- Provide assistance as needed on regulatory compliance matters (e.g., RUS, OSHA, TCEQ, PUCT, FERC and . NERC)
- Participate on regulatory working groups and standards development teams; actively monitor relevant industry activities and legislation, and state and federal regulatory agencies, as related to compliance in the various regulatory environments
- Act as Brazos’ primary contact and audit interface as needed.
