What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR/Payroll Coordinator position at Brazos Healthcare Center?
This is a full-time position split between two facilities at Brazos Healthcare in Lake Jackson, Texas and Bay Ridge Healthcare in La Porte, Texas.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruiting/staffing process.
- Perform all required pre-employment background checks and license/certification verification.
- Administer new hire orientation.
- Prepare all required documentation necessary to process payroll.
- Maintain personnel files.
- Participate in the Nexion Neighbor Program.
- Compile and maintain report data as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Long term care experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have experience with ADP payroll processing.
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing.
