Responsibilities:

· Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

· Provide companionship and emotional support.

· Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.

· Help with mobility and transfers.

· Administer medication reminders.

· Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.

· Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a caregiver.

· A compassionate, patient, and dependable nature.

· Ability to follow care plans and work independently.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

· Must pass a background check and drug screening.
