Who You Are:

As the Executive Producer at BRDG Studios, you will oversee and elevate the Project Management department, ensuring alignment with client needs and the company’s growth objectives. Reporting to executive leadership, you will manage department operations, cultivate strong client relationships, and drive strategic project development. This role is critical in creating streamlined workflows and building a best-in-class team of Project Managers.


As a senior leader in our organization, you will balance strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities while fostering cross-functional collaboration with teams across Sales, Creative Technology, Design, and Production.


Role Responsibilities:

Lead & Grow the Team:

Oversee the Project Management department, ensuring its growth aligns with revenue targets and company goals. Mentor and develop your team to uphold a standard of excellence.


Set Strategic Objectives:

Establish and manage department goals that align with BRDG Studios’ overarching business priorities.


Manage Performance & Reviews:

Collaborate with HR and the CEO to conduct performance evaluations and implement career development plans.


Oversee Budgets & Financials:

Partner with the Controller to manage department budgets, P&L, financial projections, and project billing processes.


Drive Process Improvements:

Develop, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Project Management department, including scope of work agreements, system optimizations, and budget audits.


Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Work with internal teams—Sales, Design, Creative Technology, and Production—to deliver on client expectations, ensuring seamless project execution.


Ensure Contractual Accuracy:

Review and approve scopes of work and contracts to ensure financial precision for current and projected costs.


Foster Client Relationships:

Partner with Sales to onboard new accounts, deliver top-tier service, and act as a primary client liaison during on-site engagements. Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships.


Your Background:

  • At BRDG Studios, we value diversity and prioritize potential. While degrees are welcomed, we seek individuals eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, with 3 years in a leadership role overseeing Project Managers.
  • Proven ability to mentor and manage teams effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency with G-Suite tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present ideas to clients confidently.
  • Experience in experiential design, marketing, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to collaborate, innovate, and challenge ideas constructively within a team environment.
