Job Summary

The Analyst, Product Delivery - Loyalty supports the loyalty platform from a tactical and executional standpoint, ensuring parameter configurations align with business needs, while developing understanding of strategic rewards practices and consulting with internal and external partners on rewards system capabilities.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the rewards platform's components and functionality. Configure loyalty system parameters, execute, and validate marketing-based rewards campaigns. Serve as a subject matter expert on loyalty capabilities, consult on cross-functional projects, and identify optimal system configurations to meet business objectives. - (40%)
  • Work closely with leaders in Loyalty, Marketing, Digital, and Client Partnerships. Provide updates and maintain strong relationships with partners. Manage system configurations, act as the primary escalation point for business issues, and ensure stakeholders comprehend the platform by addressing concerns and escalating when necessary. - (20%)
  • Support strategies that are often executed across several internal teams as well as external vendors. Ensures deliverables are completed by assigned owner on time. Manage the reward strategy go live dates to be coordinated with client loyalty initiatives being executed across multiple marketing channels. - (10%)
  • Support operational, compliance, and accounting quality audits to ensure best practices. Participate in troubleshooting and developing solutions, keeping senior leadership informed. Address production issues from identification to restitution, and attend meetings to communicate and escalate as necessary. - (10%)
  • Create queries to collect data to validate earn activities, research anomalies and distribute results to key stakeholders. Identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements. - (10%)
  • Actively document and revise processes to keep best practices, training, platform processes, and Care Center content up to date. Adhere to documentation storage, retention, and revision best practices as outlined by the organization. Provide support and guidance on necessary tools and processes that support rewards functionality. - (10%)


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years working in an office environment in financial services, information technology, or analytics.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or computer science.
  • Experience in rewards and loyalty space.
  • Experience working in SAS / SQL or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and translating non-technical parameters into technical parameters, communicating necessary feedback to a non-technical audience.

Work Environment

  • Normal office environment. (Remote or Hybrid), 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a posted Bread Financial location.

Salary Range (unless Otherwise Noted Below)

$69,900.00 - $126,600.00

Full Salary Range For Position

California: $80,400.00 - $158,300.00

Colorado: $69,900.00 - $133,000.00

New York: $76,900.00 - $158,300.00

Washington: $73,400.00 - $145,600.00

Maryland: $73,400.00 - $139,300.00

Washington DC: $80,400.00 - $145,600.00

Illinois: $69,900.00 - $139,300.00

New Jersey: $80,400.00 - $145,600.00

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.

Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial’s 401(k) plan.

All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.

Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
