Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and organized product displays in accordance with company standards.
- Implement and follow schematics for product placement to maximize sales potential.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise merchandising activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts.
- Ability to handle 20-35 LB trays.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- A clean driving record may be required if travel between locations is necessary for the role.
