Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and seamless service.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and development opportunities for staff.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service and food quality.
- Manage schedules, staff allocation, and labor budgets to optimize operational efficiency.
Guest Experience
- Cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the restaurant’s high-end reputation.
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, turning any challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Create innovative approaches to enhance the guest journey and ensure memorable dining experiences.
Financial Management
- Take full responsibility for the restaurant’s P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Control costs while maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
- Collaborate with ownership to set financial and operational goals and report on performance metrics regularly.
Strategic Planning
- Work closely with ownership on long-term strategies to elevate the brand and grow the business.

Vendor & Inventory Management
