We’re on the lookout for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our kitchen crew. This is a flexible position that covers both sandwich line prep and dishwashing duties. Ideal candidates have experience working in restaurants or bakeries, enjoy working with a team, and bring a strong sense of urgency and pride in their work.
Hours:
• Shifts begin at 5:00 AM—early risers encouraged!
• Both part-time and full-time positions available.
� Key ResponsibilitiesSandwich Line & Prep:
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches using Turbo Chef ovens (experience preferred)
• Follow recipes and prep savory items with care
• Assist with light baking or pastry work (e.g., donuts, cinnamon rolls, cakes)
• Work clean, fast, and efficiently while meeting time goals
Dishwashing & General Kitchen Support:
• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils by hand and using a dishwasher
• Maintain a clean, organized dish station
• Support kitchen team with restocking, light cleaning, and unloading deliveries
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines closely
✅ Qualifications• Previous experience on a sandwich line or in a restaurant kitchen
• Able to read and follow recipes accurately
• Strong work ethic, speed, and sense of urgency
• Able to lift 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or GED required
• Team player with a positive attitude—we help each other out!
