- This is a year-around position , 30-40 hours per week
- This is a set schedule : Wednesday through Sunday
- Days Off: Monday and Tuesday

Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional service to all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Provide product information, recommendations, and upsell products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems

- Basic understanding of technical sales is a plus
