As a Tow Truck Operator with Breakdown Rescue, you'll be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing roadside assistance, and ensuring the proper operation of our towing equipment. You'll be a vital part of our team, helping stranded motorists get back on the road.

Responsibilities:
- Provide roadside assistance, including fuel delivery, battery testing and replacement, jump starts, lockout service, and tire changes/inflation.
- Tow vehicles safely and efficiently to designated locations using various tow trucks, including flatbeds.
- Load and unload vehicles with care, minimizing the risk of damage.
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions before towing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting motorists in distress with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and vehicle conditions.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure they are in safe working order.
- Manage customer interactions, including conflict resolution, with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements).
- Ability to utilize company-provided vehicles and equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and adaptability to changing situations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of automotive repair are highly desired.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain a professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $27.27 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
