Responsibilities:
- Administers and oversees all human resources programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; talent acquisition; and training and development.
- Maintains accurate and timely records of HR-related activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Reviews payroll processed by the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other pays and deductions.
- Develops and implements effective strategies for employee engagement, company culture, and talent management.
