Senior Human Resources Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to administer and manage all human resources programs.
- Compensation, benefits, and leave administration
- Performance and talent management
- Talent acquisition
- Training and development
Responsibilities include:
- HR records management
- Developing reports and metrics for management
- Reviewing payroll processed by the Finance team
- Maintaining performance management processes
- Aligning and implementing company-wide training and development
- Monitoring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Managing employee relations issues
- Sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Developing competitive compensation and benefits programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 6 years of experience in Human Resources can be used in lieu of a degree
- 8-10 years of human resources management experience with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
