Overview
We are seeking dedicated Overnight staff at Breaking the Cycle, a residential treatment facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Director with implementing the nightly schedule.
- Collaborate with other staff in providing service delivery to the residents.
- Documents the nightly progress of the residents.
- Establishes relationships which empower the residents, utilizing a strengths-based model of communication.
- Assist the House Manager with general upkeep and organization of the house.
- Promotes a positive, uplifting environment for the residents and other staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), or a strong desire to learn.
- Basic computer skills
