Position Summary:
Breaking Through: A Clinical & Consulting Firm, Inc. is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of a small group of patients. This position will be responsible for managing and leading the team, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care and that their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a passion for healthcare, and a drive to take on new challenges.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have experience in healthcare, mental health, or human resources
- Experience in medical office management required
- Organize patient records using electronic health records keeping
- Supervise daily practice operations such as some billing, debt collections, onboarding of new clients
- Interact with patients and address their needs in a timely manner
- Manage email inquires and phone calls
- Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews
- Collaborate with clinicians to develop strategies and patient services
- Multi-task and provide support to team members
- Market to community members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
