About this amazing role:
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating physical therapy needs and implementing a comprehensive Plan of Care. You should be the type of person who can operate in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision. A candidate with a take-charge attitude and good business acumen will thrive in the position.
Responsibilities:
- Initial Evaluations that generate therapy diagnosis and Plan of Care
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to accurately evaluate and make clinical judgments
- based on data gathered in the examination, utilizing appropriate evaluation techniques according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Timely clinical notes are completed weekly.
- Manage your caseload and see the same patients you develop a plan of care for.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association
- School, entry-level doctor of physical therapy.
- Active California license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A thriving passion for patients and physical therapy.

- CPR and First Aid certification.

Workplace Setting: Private Outpatient Practice
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients with individualized care plans
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Utilize Gold Standard modalities and the newest modalities for pain management.
- Administer modalities such as Neuro-Biological Electrical Stimulation (NEUBIE), electrical stimulation (Chattanooga), Storz Shockwave Therapy, Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Gameready (cryotherapy/vasopneumatic compression), mechanical spinal traction, moist hot packs, cold pack and kinesiotape.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatments as necessary under the guidance of the physical therapist.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to aid in recovery and prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area and ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines to ensure patient well-being.
- Be willing to train on unique modalities before starting to work
- Finish the patient notes the same day.
- Be 90% productive
- Always maintain a professional look and attitude
- Strive to achieve all Clinical KPI benchmarks
- Provide outstanding customer service skills and engage well with patients
- Follows all HIPAA regulations and compliance.
- Ensure state regulatory requirements are met with PT, supervision

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California
- 1 years of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)
- Strong manual therapy and exercise-based treatment skills
- Excellent communication and patient rapport-building skills
