What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cybersecurity Engineer position at BreakPoint Labs?
BreakPoint Labs is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support DoI Cyber Security Operations Support services. This will be a Hybrid position, with the ability to work both as Remote and On-Site in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities include:
- Cybersecurity Communications/Coordination
- Monitoring and Analysis Support
- Vulnerability Assessment Support
- Incident Assessment and Response Support-Continuously assess and remediate security vulnerabilities for said
infrastructure. - Build, configure, and maintain the infrastructure required by the customer.
- Work with the team to engineer solutions required by the customer with a perspective consistent with cybersecurity
compliance.
Required Experience:
- 10 years of experience working as a Cybersecurity Engineer
- An MA/MS degree in a related field is required.
- An academic degree or certification in a closely related field may be substituted (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, Information Assurance, etc.) for years of experience and/or industry-recognized professional certification.
Salary : $120,000 - $136,000
