Breakthrough Academy is committed to providing only the most effective interventions including Direct Instruction, Precision Teaching, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Social/Emotional Learning programs. We are a very small, family-oriented private day school with class sizes of 4-10 learners. We provide supportive coaching, professional development, and all curriculum and materials needed to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Follow provided curriculum with fidelity.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support student learning (training and coaching is provided).
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to enhance the educational experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and address individual needs.
- Stay current with educational best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Engage learners with a fast pace and FUN!
Qualifications

Pay: $51,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
