As the face of Associated Physicians Clinic, you will collaborate closely with the MDs, administrative staff, and executives to ensure the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be crucial in directing and supporting our team of 3 to 4 physical therapists. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the Associated Physicians front office staff to facilitate seamless scheduling and clinic operations, without directly managing them.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Clinic Director Position:
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and schedule the clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Operational Management: Oversee the growth and profitability of the clinic, managing resources effectively to meet and exceed clinical and financial goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with the front office team and assist them in achieving operational excellence, while maintaining strong relationships with the entire Associated Physicians team.
- Expertise in Orthopedics (Women's Health is a plus): Bring a robust understanding of orthopedic conditions and, preferably, a strong background in women's health or the ability to manage women’s health PTs.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a keen understanding of clinical metrics and financials to drive the clinic’s success.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills for Clinic Director Position:
- Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE accredited institution: Doctorate of Physical Therapy required.
- Unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure to practice in Wisconsin.
- Completion of or enrollment in residency training, a plus
- Clinical Specialist board certification, a plus
