Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Advocate for clients' needs within various settings, including schools and community organizations.
