About the Role
This position is responsible for driving business growth through effective business planning, performance evaluation, product and inventory management, pricing and revenue management, and demand planning/forecasting/budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans with assigned suppliers.
- Evaluate performance metrics on all key activities.
- Collaborate with data stewards to manage sales blocks and purchase blocks.
- Negotiate price changes with suppliers and ensure consistent pricing communication with sales teams.
- Participate in the monthly demand process and establish and manage local market financial budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industry.
- Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.
- Strong business planning and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of trade development fundamentals (supplier, sales, customer, and brand).
