Overview :
The D irector IT Infrastructure and Data Center w ill lead a team of resources responsible for delivering company-wide and corporate data center infrastructures . This position will be responsible for all SLAs related to global server / network availability / performance, data center and cloud management (production and business continuity), physical and logical security management . This position will be responsible for managing all resources and utilizing standard employee development processes providing comprehensive performance reviews in line with company policies . This position will also be responsible for defining and establish ing the underlying organizational structure to fulfill the objectives and responsibilities listed below.
This position operates in a hybrid schedule (two days in the office and three days from home) and can be based from any Breakthru Beverage office.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for enterprise data center (both cloud and on-premise environments), day-to-day support and network / server capacity management plans by monitoring demand, forecasting future usage, documenting gaps and estimating network and data center capacity upgrade
- A ccountable for systems and data center services staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and developing associates; initiating , coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs )
- Manages the data center and network recovery process by providing advice on infrastructure deficiencies and managing Disaster Recovery activities related to enterprise network and data center technologies
- Directs Systems Administrators and S ystems A nalyst by managing their activities
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholders supervisor, may also be required.
