About the Role

The Vice President, Sales is a critical position within our organization, requiring a highly skilled and experienced sales leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and developing strong relationships with key suppliers and distributors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion;

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations;

  • Maintain close relationships with key suppliers and distributors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships;

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to inform sales strategies;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience;
  • ">
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry;
  • ">
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion;
  • ">
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • ">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team;
  • ">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions;
  • ">
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant computer programs;
