Breakwater Accounting & Advisory is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to join our team. This role is crucial to the company’s future through fostering and nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
This is a Remote role with a tentative start date in Q1 2025.

The Role:
This is a brand new role to the company! Our first Client Success Manager will need to be a self-starter, ready to jump in, learn the Breakwater Way and make immediate strategic plans for proactive client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build this role from the ground up through creating processes and communication cadences that align with client satisfaction goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, starting with their onboarding experience. Proactively identify needs and address concerns. We encourage you to be creative in creating an amazing experience for our clients!
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, leveraging your understanding of client needs and industry trends.
- Effectively manage client escalations, collaborating with internal teams to find timely and effective solutions.
- Utilize data and analytics to track client performance and identify areas for improvement.

And the Qualifications?
- Proven ability to independently create and implement Client Success processes
- Experience in a client-facing role in a B2B environment
- Tech-savvy with experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and GSuite products
- Experience managing cross-functional projects while completing tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business accounting principles are highly valued
