Billing and Insurance Process
The Billing and Insurance Processor will be responsible for processing and managing medical and dental insurance claims, as well as communicating with insurance providers and patients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have experience with Dental Practice Management Software and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage medical and dental insurance claims
- Communicate with insurance providers and patients regarding claim status and requirements
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Analyze EOB statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless processing of claims
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree or vocational school training preferred
- One year of relevant experience required
- Knowledge of medical and dental terminology
- Experience with Dental Practice Management Software and Microsoft Excel
