The Practice Administrator will serve as a trusted leader in the practice, ensuring delivery of a quality patient experience and achievement of productivity goals. The ideal candidate will have five years of related experience and two or more years of supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the practice, including patient and referral experience, team member satisfaction, doctor satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure a positive customer service experience for all patients.
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable workplace for team members.
- Hire and train team members.
- Set goals and objectives for the practice.
- Monitor practice performance through tracking mechanisms, adjusting as needed.
- Monitor the environment and facilities, making improvements when needed.
- Ensure policies, protocols, and procedures are being followed.
- Lead HR management to include scheduling, onboarding, terminations, and performance management.
- Engage in regular communication with team members and doctors.
- Lead change implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues as they occur, and proactively work to avoid issues.
Requirements
- Five years of related experience required.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
