RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development, evolution, and commercialization of innovative solutions within our Capital Markets business, focusing on research that provides predictive value on investor sentiment to public companies.
  • Drive the creation of new methodologies and tools to analyze complex market situations, providing actionable insights and forward-looking strategies aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
  • Design and launch proprietary research instruments to address emerging client needs, leveraging cutting-edge data analytics and market intelligence.
  • Lead investor interviews and engagement strategies to extract key insights, informing both solution development and client advisory initiatives.
  • Create and refine high-impact reports, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to deliver strategic recommendations with a clear commercial focus.
  • Provide thought leadership for market entry strategies.
  • Identify, develop, and commercialize new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth by expanding current client relationships and build and lead the sales support function.
  • Own and enhance the systems, tools, and capabilities required for cutting-edge research and advisory services, ensuring seamless execution across public and private capital markets.
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating across the firm to drive business success, integrating new solutions, and optimizing service offerings.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.


ATTRIBUTES

  • A BA/BS degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics or a related field. Additional degrees are welcome!
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience building and scaling a new set of capabilities.
  • Experience with the development of thought leadership and market engagement for the launch new solution sets
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills for a Board, CEO, or CFO audience.
  • Proven experience working with, influencing, and engaging senior leaders and board members.
  • Ability to effectively manage both internal teams and client relationships on accounts of all sizes.
  • Ability to balance mindset of strategic orientation with execution.
  • Quick learner with a client-focus, interested in working across all industries and business types.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
