Pilates Studio Manager Position at BREATHE PILATES Miami
Part time hourly employee Pilates Studio Manager position
Operations:
- Assist the owner in managing a team, handle sales, scheduling, staff coordination and oversee daily operations. Daily operations may also include tidying the studio, equipment maintenance, and safety.
- Customer service experience to handle client inquires, needs, requests, complaints and maintain positive relationships.
- Ordering of supplies and products.
- Ability to research and run reports, create spreadsheets, etc.
- Experience with Mindbody booking system or similar program a plus.
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in an administrative and customer service position. A plus for prior experience in a Pilates studio environment but not necessary.
- Technically savvy with creative and critical thinking skills.
- Marketing and digital content experience a plus.
- Extremely detail oriented with exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
Working Hours: Varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
