Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and maintain reception area, including tidiness and organization.
- Sort, distribute, and manage mail, packages, and courier services.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Communication:
