Job Summary
Our company is looking for an excellent communicator with attention to detail to join our team as Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can interact with our customers in a professional demeanor following our company guidelines and policies.
The core responsibilities and duties associated with this position include, but not limited to, the following:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming orders and customer inquiries.
- Collaboration with sales, marketing, production, warehouse, and dispatcher to provide the best service possible to our customers.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s products, services, and customer services policies.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
- Accountable to investigate, analyze, and resolve customer problems.
- Invoice process as per company processes. (Lubricant, fuel sales, service work.)
- Manage inventory and filing systems.
- Perform complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies as indicated by management.
- Reconcile inventory counts with system inventory.
- Assess and improve flows of supplies through companies.
- Ensure all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate, and filed correctly.
- Identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
- An associate degree in office administration or a related field may be preferred.
- 2 years of experience in customer service and/or inventory departments.
