High School Graduate or equivalent; experience in fast food service, customer service, retail sales desirable. Minimal mathematical skill is required to count change perform addition, subtractions, multiplication, division with or without a calculator, balance cash, etc.
Essential Functions of the Job: This is a routine position in concession stands. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Storing, taking inventory, stocking and selling food and non-food items.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas: tables, chairs, countertops, storage areas and floors.
- Preparing and serving food according to standardized practice, adhering to BREC sanitary standards and health and safety regulations.
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas.
- Operating electronic cash register, counting and remitting cash receipts, opening and locking up.
- Mopping floor, unloading and shifting supplies.
- The Food & Beverage associate must be able to follow routine food preparation and service procedures, and to carry out simple instruction from the supervisor.

As assigned, within general framework of 6-8 hours per day, 5-7 days per week during summer term; meal break as needed.
