The heart of our wholesale greenhouse operation lies in producing exceptional annual plants. As our General Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of this process, from initial planning to final product delivery.
Key Initiatives:
* Developing new techniques or methods for growing high-quality plant material
* Execution of cultural practices, including fertilization, IPM, and PGR applications
* Oversight of facilities management, including proposing yearly budgets for general maintenance and improvements
Required Skills:
* Background in horticulture or management preferred
* Strong communication skills and ability to give effective feedback
* Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body
* Attention to detail and accuracy
