Wholesale Growing Coordinator

About the Job

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our wholesale greenhouse operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

The General Manager will be responsible for:

• Planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of our wholesale greenhouse operation.
• Overseeing all aspects of annual crop culture and growing procedures.
• Executing cultural practices including fertilization, IPM, and PGR applications.
• Maintaining clean and tidy work areas.
• Receiving and shipping plants, supplies, and hard goods.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong background in horticulture or a related field.
• Management experience is preferred, along with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of their arms and legs and moving their whole body, such as lifting, bending, reaching, walking, pushing, and pulling carts.
