What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Manager/HR position at Breckinridge Place?
We are seeking an experienced BOM/HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong office management skills.
**Responsibilities:**
Business Office Task
- Enter resident medical supply charges (pharmacy, oxygen, supplies, etc)
- Enter resident Trust account transactions
- Post resident payments
- Bank deposits/ACH deposits
- Create and distribute pvt pay resident statements, including SNF, AL and condo residents
- Create and distribute resident trust account statements quarterly
- Enter, scan, update PO system with invoice information
- Update PBJ logs and send to ADM every quarter
- Close EOM items
- Post inpatient summary report monthly
Payroll/HR
· Prepare orientation material for new hires
· Create a user’s in DD manager and scan new hire material
· Enter new hires into Sage
· Perform drug test
· Assist in interviews of applicants when needed
· Create Relias log in and assign appropriate material
· Ensure all items of new hire checklist are complete
- Payroll Prep and submission to Eidetik for processing
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Update timecards with missing punch’s
- Update employee records in DD mgr such as new hires, terminations, address/phones changes
- Notify insurance representative of employee status changes including hires and terms
- Create wage increase forms, update Sage, and scan into employee file
- Scan disciplinary actions into DD mngr
- Maintain employee annual evaluations and distribute to appropriate dept head to complete
- Complete initial and annual new hire background checks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
