CLASSIFICATION VACANCY: Pre-School Special Education Assistant
LOCATION: Brecksville-Broadview Heights Elementary (Stepping Stone PS)
EFFECTIVE DATE: August 15, 2025
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday/7 hours per day
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Ohio Educational Aide Certificate
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board may find appropriate.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Effective, active listening skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and keyboarding skills
