The Breeders’ Cup is looking for an energetic and self-motivated seasonal Customer Service and Ticket Sales Representative to assist the ticketing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with exceptional multitasking and communication skills to assist with selling ticket packages for the 2025 Breeders' Cup World Championship. A successful candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment and effectively influence and communicate with patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle a heavy volume of outbound and inbound phone calls and emails
- Execute sales calls to potential customers through cold calling, prospecting and referrals from current customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Handles payment transactions in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
- Assist with any administrative ticket functions
Qualifications:
- Experience with ticket sales and CRM platforms is beneficial
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in sales and customer service
