What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Breeders' Cup?
The Breeders’ Cup is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team. In addition to being an excellent communicator, we are looking for an individual with exceptional multitasking and organizational skills. A successful candidate will have a working knowledge of marketing techniques, advertising, and digital platforms for both web and email.

- Assist the marketing team with in-market promotions, brand advertising, ticket sales programs, and event marketing
- Daily management of BreedersCup.com and mobile app, including backend CMS work, designing, scheduling and updating components, ensuring website and app content is regularly updated and accurate
- Create email marketing campaigns, copywrite, track and report on email performance
- Develop and manage data capture and fan engagement campaigns, tracking performance and list management and reporting in CDP, data warehouse, and ESP
- Assist with the development and gathering of photos/content for marketing campaigns, and the execution of those campaigns during ticket sales, Challenge Series, and Breeders’ Cup races
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and project management
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticket sales platforms and website CMS is a plus
