The Airport Learning Facilitator is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs to ensure that team members and business partners meet operational and compliance standards. This role focuses on onboarding, skill development, and continuous improvement initiatives, providing hands-on support to ensure learning aligns with company values, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives.
Here's what you'll do
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions for Above and Below Wing operations, covering policies, procedures, and guest service standards. Delivering of learning could be done in-person / classroom setting, virtual, or hybrid.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of learning materials in collaboration with the Airport Training Manager and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all learning activities adhere to FAA, TSA, and company regulations.
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching to trainees to reinforce skills and build confidence.
- Accurately document attendance, performance metrics, and certification statuses in the Qualification Training Management System (QTMS).
- Assist with enrollments, course assignments, and troubleshooting issues within the company LMS to ensure smooth learning access and completion.
- Support new station launches and provide on-site learning to Breeze team members and business partners.
- Prepare and maintain learning documentation for audits by internal and external regulatory bodies.
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve learning delivery and content.
- Work with Airport Operations, Policies and Procedures, and Learning teams to align learning initiatives with operational goals.
- Act as a resource and mentor for new team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth
