What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Administrator position at Breeze Hospice?
We are looking for a responsible branch Administrator to run our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The Administrator’s main tasks include day to day operations of the Hospice, Making sure Billing and Payroll is running smoothly, Growing the operation. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Administrator. You should be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presenting monthly P and L reviews.
Responsibilities
- Day to day operations of hospice
- Hiring appropriate staff
- Maintain internal databases
- Grow census
- Maintain a good relationship with our partners and clients
- Be flexible to meet the needs as they arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
