What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery is a plus
- Willing to train the right person — positive attitude and strong work ethic matter more than a résumé
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow recipes, maintain a clean workspace, and manage time effectively
What You'll Do:
- Mix, shape, and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Prep ingredients and follow daily production schedules
- Keep your station organized, clean, and up to food safety standards
