Position Overview: As a Site Manager at Breeze Thru Car Wash, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your assigned site, including leadership of staff, site maintenance, and customer relationship management. You will work closely with multiple departments, aiming to minimize downtime, uphold product quality, and drive revenue in alignment with our Quality Policy.

Below are a few Key Responsibilities for this role:
Leadership and Management:
- Supervise Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Attendants, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Audit and manage employee time records to ensure accurate payroll.
- Develop internal talent for future roles, such as Safety and Maintenance Representatives.
- Maintain on-site employee records and celebrate milestones to boost engagement.
- Train and coach staff using Breeze Thru's training models and manage site meetings.
Site Maintenance:
- Manage site inventory, coordinate with vendors, and oversee logistics for deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team to schedule and execute repairs.
- Conduct preventative and scheduled maintenance; address unexpected equipment failures promptly.
- Monitor and secure pay stations and manage cash handling.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Document and track customer service feedback, promoting sales of the Unlimited Wash Pass Program.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and mechanical parts.
- Work with various chemicals and tools, including electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and balancing.
