Main Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance inspections.
- Visually inspect fluids, belts, and other components to determine if they need replacement.
- Accept guidance from peers and ask for assistance when needed, with a focus on advancing skills in electrical and emissions diagnostics and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and job-related documentation.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
- Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform basic services such as fluid flushes, brake jobs, shocks, oil changes, etc., without assistance.
- Pull and diagnose codes accurately.
- Accurately diagnose most customer vehicle concerns.
- Assist team members when and where needed.
- Perform most repairs, both minor and major (e.g., replacing motors, injectors, transmissions, turbos, etc.), with minimal assistance.
