Key responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and live chat platforms is a plus
