- Organic growth strategy – Develop and execute a holistic strategy to increase organic traffic, audience engagement and retention across all digital channels
- SEO & Content marketing - Lead technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization and content strategy to drive sustainable search growth
- Community & social engagement- Oversee organic social media, influencer partnerships and community driven initiatives to enhance brand awareness
- Growth experimentation - Drive a culture of A/B testing and rapid experimentation across content, messaging, UX and audience engagement tactics
- Analytics & insights - define KPIs, analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously refine and scale strategies
- Digital experience - collaborate with UI/UX, web development and content teams to optimize landing pages; ensure optimal and consistent experience by aligning messaging, visuals, and functionality across platforms ; A/B testing to refine journeys
- Gather requirements for redesign for the website experience
- Manage and maintain the CMS to ensure all digital content is up to date, on brand and optimized for performance
- Create, edit and publish content that supports business objectives
- Use CMS tools to implement SEO best practices, including metadata, structured data and content hierarchy.
- In collaboration with the data analytics team set up, manage and maintain tags to track performance and usage behavior
- 5-10 years of experience in organic growth marketing, SEO, content strategy or digital marketing
- Proven success in driving organic audience acquisition and engagement at scale
- Deep expertise in SEO, content marketing, lifecycle marketing and organic social media
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, personalization and audience segmentation
- Experience optimizing content and UX for conversion and retention
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- A passion for innovation, storytelling and customer-centric marketing
- Experience with Storyblock an asset
